2 week ago i received the new "Aluminium Heated Print Platform", sadly it was damaged in one corner.
Immediately sent a message through the contact form on the website.
1 week later i sent an email to info@makertech3d.com.
Another week passed and no answer yet. What i should do now?
@Makertech HI THERE, I just had my S2 delivered, but haven’t opened the package yet. Did I get the latest [improved] heated build platform?

E-mails are still being answered - we sent out a replacement a week or two ago :)
Well @Makertech haven't made any comments in a couple of weeks, I will say that since the new heated bed was delivered. I don't know what happened, lets wait a little more or try direct messaging here or in kickstarter. I just made a comment about it in kickstarter campaign page.
