Probe is gone! And, its for sure not the wires.
Only at the location where are the magnets located under the heated bed, the probe reacts. Or, if i hold iron direct under the sensor.
Saw it early enough this time, no other impact mark in the board.
@Makertech I asked already before, what parts are counted under the warranty?
Since you guys seems not really interested in providing quality, im thinking about buying my second printer from another producer.
Hello. The cable seems not to be the problem (i replaced them already). If i start the printer, i have to make sure that there are at least 2 cm distance of the probe to the magnets under the printing bed.
Since i keep that in mind, i had no trouble again .... so far.
Hi, sorry for not replying sooner, we've been working on getting the dual splitter v2 update up: https://www.forum.makertech3d.com/forum/3d-printing/dual-extrusion-splitter-v2
It sounds like the cables for the probe has broken, happy to send a replacement out, just send us an email at info@makertech3d.com.
Make sure that when the new one is installed that you add some cable relief by leaving some cable slack and cable tying the rest firmly to the hotend carriage like shown here: https://makertech-3d.dozuki.com/Guide/Stage+05:+Print+Head/55?lang=en#s611
@Makertech , are you ok? It's bit uncommon that its so silent.
The Z-Probe seems to be an very interesting life form. It can be dead, and later again alive.
After not really an reaction close to the print bed is there now an reaction. But bit too close. The bed leveling gives now marks at the bed. First layer is not perfect but its possible to print if i start with an raft or some support area.
I saw that there are a few more sensor kind available. Have someone experience with BL-Touch or so?
