I finally started to work and tried to print for the first time.
Sample ship at PLA, 200 degrees, 0.3 mm.
However, the filament does not come out stably from the nozzle.
It seems that if you push the part where the filament is inserted by hand, it will work, but after a while, the filament supply will stop.
What kind of adjustment is necessary for stable supply?
If filament flow is not good, I recommend to check your extruder. I had the same problem. When I compared both my extruder, I realized that one of them had a significantly smaller transport roll (probably not the correct naming) and also a shorter spring than the other. So it did not achieve sufficient pressure to transport the filament. I asked Makertech for replacement and received it.
I started working on the dual extrusion yesterday. Splitter v2 (and the original for that matter) seem very finicky to get aligned, like most of this printer. Printed a second one last night as well... from Prusa i3 MK3S, 0.1mm layer height, 50% infill, 0.4mm nozzle, Prusament PETG... will see if that ones makes for smoother workings. Just sliding filament in/out by hand through there definitely had misfeeds.
Then getting the 9cm of tube all the way inserted into hot end... not happening, so will rebuild hot end, again, I guess... because seems important to have that exact for extraction lengths.
I think this problem depends on "Dual Extrusion Splitter". I try to connect nozzle without the splitter, it works fine. I will make Splitter v2 and try again.
