I got the Dual Switching extruder. But I am at a loss as to how to finish its install and get it working. the guide does not show the switching arm installed and as far as i can tell there needs to be more to it than just the control arm. or maybe i'm not seeing something. if anyone has this process completed a picture please or some direction on how to finish the install successfully. it is the last step i need to finish as i can't print with it the way it is
thank you in advance for any help.

seems they are rearranging the build guide to address the build of the single hotend only to disassemble it to assemble the dual hotends when building the Switching upgrade model. i'll give it a bit then check to see if i need to change my servo setup
well i built the dual extruder. The control arm that attaches to the servo has 2 holes with M3 threads. There was a small bearing that i sandwiched between (2) M3 washers and used a long M3 screw that was extra to fix the bearing to the control arm. the screw was far too long but doesn't seem to be any hazard to operations.
the only other option i seen was to mount the servo from the opposite side of the bracket it mounts to, allowing the control arm itself to contact the switching bracket. By mounting from the back side. the alignment of the servo is much better for the allowing the contact needed to switch the hotends
now as i look back at the build guide it seems to be missing the the build for the dual hot ends. perhaps it was moved
You have to wait until the software amd the instructions are updated Don't do the same mistake as I did and try to build and use it by yourself because you will (like me) damage some parts of the 3D printer if doing so... 😉
