So I finished the setup and everything was Gucci until I hit stage 10 step 31 where the heated bed light doesn’t turn on, I’ve attempted to check the wiring but everything seems to be in order. The temperature sensors on the bed appear to be working fine.

Do you have access to a multi-meter - after the heating command is given, the bed should have 24V going to it form the MOSFET. Check also the polarity of the cables that run form the power supply to the MOSFET and the polarity of the cables from the MOSFET to the Heated Bed.
Check also that the cables (black and red) are soldered correctly on the heated bed its self - there is a table printed onto the underneath of the platform that explains the polarity for 24V.
Check the wires, at both the board and the solder connection on the bed.
Try swapping the heated bed wires and hotend wires on the board, then heat up the hotend that was switched, the bed should start heating up, but only leave on for a few seconds just to confirm it's heating because it's reading the hotends thermistor which of course isn't getting hot. If it works then the issue is with the board, if not then it's the bed. Re-flashing the firmware may solve the problem.
If it's the bed we can send you out a replacement, but we're working on an updated version of the bed that combines the platform and heating element and should also provide a flatter surface. You should still be bale to print PLA fine without a heated bed if you want to continue your build.
