Silicone Pads

in Dual Switching Hotend v1

The teflon tape is not a good long term solution for stopping oozing of the second extruder. Balls form and can dislodge the print. The tape tears and can get caught up in the print.

The Kickstarter info promised silicone Pads?

We really wanted to use the silicone pads but weren't able to get a good enough solution for fixing them to the metal mount, we decided then to switch to the ptfe tape as its was easy to install and could be easily replaced if need be.
