Find the differences

Ok, let's be serious, no matter what stl, all i get printed is something very similar to what is in the shot. Using Cura Makertech edition v3.6, standard reccomended settings or custom doesn't make any difference. Re-uploaded marlin firmware with no luck.

I'm sure it's a software problem but i lack of ideas.

Thanks for attention.

Hello. Why you are sure that is a software problem ? Can you share us a photo from the first layer ?

Hello, i'm sure by process of elimination. I mean, autolevel is ok and first layer sticks just fine. Moreover, no matter what stl i send to the slicer, the resulting print is like the one in the pic above, standard or custom settings make no difference at all. Seems to me like Cura fails creating a valid gcode. But I can be wrong, of course.

At the moment I don't have a shot of the first layer, but I'll provide it in the afternoon.

And thanks for posting.

looks Like printer issue, not slicer.

@Matteo Gennari Have you checked that you have the jumpers installed under the stepper driver positions?

@Matteo Gennari Is the print skipping in one specific direction X/Y ? Double check that you have the belts and pulleys setup correctly.

Print is not skipping tbh, and axis are moving flawlessly. Seem like no matter the stl/gcode, the printer prints always the same "line".

Cura updated, easy-peasy stl, see attached pics

Do you have access to a different SD card reader/writer or computer, it might be because of corrupt gcode.

Also disconnect your touchscreen, connect your printer to your computer and print directly from the usb cable through cura or pronterface.

Issue solved and was connected to this https://www.makertech3d.com/forum/assembly/x-axis-moving-only-once

Had to replace the X position TMC2100 with an A4988.
