Finally got this assembled and working on dialing in the test print. There were no problems with homing and bed leveling, etc, and no noise manually moving the various axis around. However, now that I'm trying to print the Benchy Boat, after the first layer is done and the dual Z-motors fire up to move to the next layer, there's a constant high pitched whining sound. What steps can be taken to mitigate this?

While the fans make their own noise which lessened when I loosened the bolts, the high pitched constant tone I originally mentioned is still there, and starts the moment the Z-motors spin up during the Benchy print, before the blower fans started making their own cacophony of whines.
