I can not get the first print to work, I can't even get a good base layer nothing sticks to the flexplate sticker. I have leveled the bed so many times its not funny. I am really beginning to hate this printer. I fixed at least 3 or four separate issues due to the temp thermal resistor just to get it to extrude. Luckily I bought 2 of the 2d Dual heads so I can pillage parts from the second box for parts. I havent even been able to trial the second print head yet. I am beyond frustrated. I also can not find the bengi boat to download so i am trying oned side of the yin and yang.

Ah, it seems you're skipping steps on the X-axis, it's likely that there's too much current going to the x motor and causing the driver to heat up and shut down. Try reducing the current by turning the trimpot anti-clockwise.
You may also have the rollers on too tight, loosening them may also help.
I got 1 part to print by using a glue stick and now I have this iseue on X and Y miss alignment
By X-axis I assume you mean the platform.
Did your print home before starting, there should be a g28 command near the beginning of the gcode.
Also check the endstop trigger position and the make sure that when you home, the nozzle is on the edge of the print area.
I will relevel again as I only have a single sheet gap now. I have a new issue as I tried running a new print and the X-axis crashed and broke the limit switch when I canceled the print when it didn't adhere to the bed. What can cause this?
I would suggest as close as you can get to the image from the build manual, a piece of paper folded in half is a good distance.
You may also adjust the z-height manually after the print has started, each "clicking turn" of the z-motors is a movement of 0.04mm. Once happy you can make the necessary adjustment in cura.
Hello,
Thank you for replying. I currently have the Z height resting on the piece of paper. What is the correct height for the best result.
Hi Nate,
The first layer is the hardest part of any print. It sounds like you're nozzle might be too far form the surface.

Other things you can try is running with the heated bed on if you have it installed and increasing the first layer temperature and flowrate in the cura software.
