why when it attempts to do the self leveling the print head is always off the bed to the right on the x axis and to the front on the y axis.is this yet another programer mistake?
Hi, that is definitely not right. When it is turned on, from the touchscreen "move" menu do the X, Y and Z buttons move the head in the right direction?
Hi Daryl, that sounds a strange action for the printer. Just to clarify, when you try the home command does the head go towards the x and y stops or the other direction? If so, does the x and y motors travel in the correct direction when using pronterface? (Just trying one thing at a time because from your initial comment it sounds like x and y are travelling the wrong way)
@Daryl Smith Apologies for the late reply, depending on whether you have a single or DSE setup you will need to adjust your platform accordingly and have the corresponding firmware installed also.

i just dug it out of the closet as it's never printed anything even a line. so i tried a print and it barred the print head right into the deck.
thank god i got a new printer from prusa so not sure what i will do with this. will try and get rid of the dual printing feature
