Cura does not work on MacOS Catalina

@Makertech The workaround previously posted for the Makertech Cura does not work at all on Catalina, which means my printer is basically bricked at the moment. When can users expect to get an updated build of this?

Alternatively, please can you share or export the Proforge settings so users can use the official Ultimaker Cura software and customise that instead.

We'll be looking get the software working natively on Catalina for the next release however in the meantime there's an article here which explains a possible work around:

This worked for me on Catalina.

Follow all indicated steps to install and patch Cura up to the moment where you open it and get the error message the package is damaged.

Dismiss that error.

Open a terminal window and execute:

sudo xattr -rds com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Ultimaker\ Cura.app

You can now open Cura.

Enjoy!
