The left side x axis belt has jumped off the ballrace a couple of times. I did them all up a tight as I could. I might well have overdone it! Is there a more accurate method of getting the correct tension? Also the washers keeping the belt on the ballrace doesn't seem big enough diameter to keep the belt on any fixes or is it just me? Cheers

My solution was to replace the washer stacks with flanged bearings... Here is my write-up:

I pull the belts just hand tight, it was the best for me.
Try turning the screw where the belt pops off 180°. And don’t pull the belts guitar string tight to not bend your screws ;)
