Why.. why.. was the servo arm made in plastic? This, for me, is the most questionable design choice of the whole printer. My first arm almost immediately started spinning in place.. that metal serrated washer doesn't come close to engaging the plastic. So I made my own server arm with some teeth to engage with the server gear itself, but still, that was short lived. My DSH switches without any resistance by hand.. but after a print or less of switching the server just spins within the arm. This needs to be something other than plastic.. or it needs to be well fitted to the servo.. anybody run into this issue and have any better solutions? I might just super glue the damn thing.

I eventually glued mine to the gear...It was the only way that worked okay
