Touch screen didn't have problem right after installation, but the touch screen display was faded out after printing several round with failure. Right now, the touch screen display was on but only showed about a second when switched on and it faded out afterward. Nothing wrong to the cabling as I have cross checked again. What can I do and how can I identify the problem?

When opened the packing and followed the first stage, found that the touch screen module was broken. The 6 pins (near SPK) of which was surface mounted to the PC board was piled out at one end. Also, when followed Stage 6 Step 3, found that a bearing 685ZZ was missing. Please advise what can I do since the installation cannot go ahead without those components.
