@Jeremiah Wennermark haven't disassembled, just "fingered" (lol) with grase the rails, both sides. That's important cause I noticed that greasing only one side is not enough. It's a bit tricky to do on the hidden side, but if you don't have very big fingers it's doable, there's enough space between the rail and the enclosure. Then, when fully greased, I started moving by hand back and forth the bearings until i felt movement was smooth. Unfortunately my fan won't start nor from terminal nor from gcode command. Thinking about disassemble it and test, but it's too hot there days...guess I'll do it the first rainy day. As for cables, mines are not colliding the camera and the hot end ones don't drag the bed.

Had same problem, Y axis grinding which caused shifts during prints, pre-assembled ofc. Solved using huuuuge amount of grease on the rails and moving the axis by hand a few times to remove excesses. Now prints and moves smooth. ATM I have only one problem left with the pre-assembled: fumes fan won't start by M106 P2 command. Is yours working?

Thanks Remiel, i've read your write and now errors are clear. But problem stays, the bed can't reach temps over 100-102C. The only solution I can think is installing another source of heat.

Dunno, I seem to be the only (or first) one to have this issue, so maybe it's just bad luck.

Agree. In the meantime I did some tests and the probe works only in I manually bend the cable near the probe. It's unacceptable that a non moving part fails so early, it must be of a really bad quality. Now I have to remove sleeves, pass cable, etc... a PITA.

For the record: using Octoprint zero hangs/freezes.

Same here, i'm experiencing random freezes, let's say 1 out of 6, different gcodes and at different stages. When it happens, it's impossible to quit/resume, pause/resume or do anything else other than power off/on and restart the print. Seems like a software crash.

Issue solved and was connected to this https://www.makertech3d.com/forum/assembly/x-axis-moving-only-once Had to replace the X position TMC2100 with an A4988.

Print is not skipping tbh, and axis are moving flawlessly. Seem like no matter the stl/gcode, the printer prints always the same "line".

That's sure, but it should happen also when the axis is homing.

Hello, i'm sure by process of elimination. I mean, autolevel is ok and first layer sticks just fine. Moreover, no matter what stl i send to the slicer, the resulting print is like the one in the pic above, standard or custom settings make no difference at all. Seems to me like Cura fails creating a valid gcode. But I can be wrong, of course. At the moment I don't have a shot of the first layer, but I'll provide it in the afternoon. And thanks for posting.
