Well, as we all know, the build manuals should be released (as always) within the next few days :D You can more or less use the official Guide of the non Proforge DSH: https://makertech-3d.dozuki.com/c/Dual_Switching_Hotend_v2 as I know, the firmware is already uploaded on their GitHub. the mounting process to the CoreXY system should be like the one from the original Hotend.

Use the Klipper profile of Johannes, it works great and I have no problems with stringing (200°C, 1mm Retract, 30mm/s)

Totally! Had that too and I oiled up every rail. Sounds good now, only the fans and steppers are loud AF…

@walentin s also looks a Bit like your temperature is a bit too low

@walentin s or maybe try loosening your belts a bit ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ if your software is okay, it can only be the hardware ^^

@walentin s try setting the retract distance to 1mm, 2mm could be to much

@walentin s which value? The stepper current? This defines, how much current (Stromstärke in german) the Stepper Driver gets. As you are extruding filament slowly, the stepper doesn't need much current but if you extrude fast (like extruding while printing) the Stepper Driver doesn’t get enough, so you have to crank the current up a bit

@walentin s everything below 800 shouldn’t be a problem

@walentin s if you use Octoprint, you can insert those Gcodes to bump up the amperage: Gcode (example is with 600mA which works fine): M906 T0 E600 save to eeprom with M500 check value with M503 if you need further help, feel free to write me or Johannes in German ;)

@walentin s your cables look alright. Take out the jumpers that are on your board right now and only connect one per Stepper Driver as shown in the image you posted

@walentin s well, the positive cable of the converter you have to connect on any of the positive terminals on the PSU and the negative to any of the negative terminals, it’s just as easy :) For the stepper Cable, the red arrows point to the Stepper Driver and to the extruder cable.

Just try another cura version, sometimes cura makes weird issues after an update. I also had that sometimes with my old printer
