I don't think so. I found a Flow Rate setting on the printer itself, so I'm going to try adjusting that and printing again and see if it changes anything.

Which Dragon Hotend did you get? There's 4 on Amazon: BMO, BMS, TAICHI, and UHF

I also have a problem where if the nozzle clogs at all, the orbiting extruder continues extruding causing the PTFE tubing to bend eventually breaking the filament. Have you had that issue at all. I'm trying to make sure my hotend isn't too close to the bed for the first layer because I think that's what is causing it to clog right now

So, one thing I've learned. Check the model you're trying to print and make sure it doesn't have any bad Geometry. You check that by going to Cura and changing the Layer View from Solid to XRay. If there are any red areas that means there is some bad geometry. Bad Geometry can cause the print to fail. Though, I have had a few times (very uncommon for me) where the printer just stops and won't continue. I think for me when that happened it was overheating.

Further update, I tried swapping the Heated bed connector with one of the hotends and none of the temperature readings changed when I turned it back on. So that means that either the software has a bug (that is persisting through reboots) or some of the ports on the main board have been fried and no longer read the correct temperatures. PS. I can heat up Hotend 1, and the display will show it increasing from 154 degrees (but it will never go lower than that). I can also heat up Hotend 2, but the display doesn't show the temperature as changing. If I try to heat up the bed, it throws an error about being under the minimum temperature. PSS. Pronterface shows the same things as the touchscreen.

@Peter Vanderborght I can back this up. Before switching to the Dual firmware, I had no issues printing (except for occasional bed leveling issues, for which I offset my bed to a little to fix it). Once I updated to the dual firmware, something changed that caused the hanging issue. Although, I'm able to print with one extruder on the dual setup just fine... It will occasionally hang, but only once in a blue moon usually.

I'm getting this issue too with my DSE. Specifically, I'm attempting to print something with supports using PVA as the support material. It seems to freeze after switching back to the main material the first time. It prints the raft, and the first layer of both materials, then freezes. I've tried re-making the file on my SD card to make sure the file didn't get corrupted somewhere several times to no avail.

@Makertech Thanks, I'd like to try centering my servo once more just to be sure.

@Makertech When I first installed the arm, everything worked for maybe about 30 minutes. Now, when I power it up, the arm doesn't move at all on power up. If I choose to move the arm to hotend 2, it works just fine, but if I try to move back to 1, it doesn't move. If I then choose 2 again, the servo makes noise like it's trying to move (but can't because the DSE is in the way).

If it helps any, I started receiving this issue when I upgraded the firmware to the DSE firmware. It doesn't happen on every layer, but it does happen occasionally at 200 deg print temperature.

@Makertech I am having the same issue. Using pronterface, it seems that whenever I power on the Proforge, it thinks that that the Servo is at 0 degrees, no matter what angle it was at when I turned it off. Curiously, it seems that if I send the command "M280 P3 S45" and then check the angle with "M280 P3" it thinks the angle is still at 0 degrees, even though the first command rotated the servo to 45 degrees. Do you know what's wrong here? Thanks,

@fg I was having a similar issue. I may have resolved the issue on Friday, but haven't had time to do a lot of testing yet. I had to go through and make sure that my eccentric nuts were both pushing the top wheels down roughly the same amount. If one of the eccentric nuts is rotated further than the other, it may cause the other wheel to not grip as well. I then also loosened the rubber belt on the gantry slightly. When I get home I'm going to be doing more testing. I also have an issue where the center of whatever I print, is offset towards the back of the plate in the Y direction (away from the touch screen). Not sure if this might also be causing issues.
