Has anyone else had issues with too much filament being extruded? I've tried adjusting the flow rate. I'm currently at 80% but it doesn't seem to change anything. There are still blobs on the wall of my print. Anyone know how I can fix this? I'm going to keep trying to reduce the flow, but I'm not sure if it'll fix it.

Where does the orbiting extruder plug in on the main board? https://makertech-3d.dozuki.com/Document/ESvH4MjRMpQemgPU/Wiring-Diagram.pdf I don't see it on the wiring diagram, plus it's power cable is really short compared to the rest of the cables. Thanks!

Hey all, I just got my Proforge 3 last week and have been slowly building it. I have the regular 24v Print Bed, but I can't seem to find the power cables to connect the MOSFET to the Power Supply I'm stuck on step 12 Anyone else figure out where the power cables are packaged? I've triple checked everything that I've received and gone through all of the packaging multiple times to make sure I didn't accidentally discard it. The power cables are probably just bundled with other cables and I'm overlooking them. Thanks!

Is it possible to factory reset the software? Everything was fine yesterday, but then this morning when I turned on my printer, it is showing Hotend 1 at 154 degrees, Hotend 2 at 21 degrees, and the Heated Bed at -15 Degrees, with the Fan Speed at 0. That is obviously incorrect. I checked the wiring to make sure nothing came unplugged. Any thoughts? @Makertech have you experienced this before?

My extrusion motors stopped rotating after I stopped a print mid-way. I am no longer able to make them spin using the touchscreen. First thing I tried was re-uploading the firmware. Didn't fix it. Next, I tried re-uploading the touchscreen firmware. Didn't fix it. I also used Pronterface to manually heat and extrude. This did work! Why is Pronterface able to make my extrusion motors work, but the touchscreen can't anymore? I double checked all the wiring to make sure nothing came unplugged. My best guess is something is wrong my ribbon cable that is connecting the touchscreen to the main board as that is what sends the commands (and using pronterface uses the USB plug which connects to a different spot on the board) EDIT: It has fixed itself somehow. Not sure if using the filament > load feature fixed it versus just using the Extrusion > In feature...

Are the wheels on the Y-Axis supposed to be tight enough that they grip the horizontal bar? I'm having issues with the layers of my prints shifting, sometimes significantly. I was having significant issues with layer shifting, but I tightened my wheels on the Y-Axis and the issue has lessened significantly (at least after the first few layers). Has anyone else had issues like this? I'm certain that my flex-plate is not shifting, as I put down a piece of tape underneath and marked the tape so I could check if the flex-plate moved (which it didn't). Sometimes my Y-Axis will have trouble moving, and I'm not sure if the eccentric nuts are too tight, or if the belt is too tight, or what. (P.S. I'm not having issues with the X-Axis moving too much or too little as the layers are only shifted in the Y-Direction.)

Hello, My print nozzles keep getting clogged while printing and the print messes up. What can I do to unclog them? I've tried turning the temperature up to 220 to see if that would help but it doesn't seem to. Thanks,

I'm attempting to do the first print, but whenever I choose the gcode file, I keep getting this message. I hit the confirm button, but it just pauses the print. If I hit the "play" button again to start the print, I get this message again, and if I hit okay, it pauses the print again. What does this mean? How do I fix this? Thanks,

Hey, My printer has issues when attempting to move up the Z-Axis in increments larger than 0.1. If I set the setting to 1 or 10, then instead of moving up the motors just make a grinding noise as they're unable to rotate the lead screws properly for some reason. If I take the anti-backlash nuts off of the frame, the motors are able to rotate the lead screws just fine. Is there too much friction coming from the anti-backlash nuts that would prevent the motors from being able to rotate properly in increments larger than 0.1? Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Where do the LED lights that come from the stretch goal plug in on the main board?
