I just tried a different nozzle, switched from 0.3 to the 0.8 but my problem stays the same. The extruder clicks and cannot push the filament through any more. I tried to unload all the filament but even that fails. It was unloading quite a bit but it seems the last centimeters it cannot get it out... PTFE tubes - I tried to remove them and in order to see if there is an issue but honestly I think they are perfectly fine stuck in there and if I try to pull them out I might cause even more damage... So right now I am pretty disappointed with a non printing 3d printer. What's the best to do in this situation? Remove the nozzle, try to get filament out without a nozzle at all? How would I check the PTFE tubing if I am not even sure how to remove it from the hotend etc (there also seem to be hooks the should prevent the ptfe tubes from moving, so I think it's just made to be stuck in once and never removed, right?)/ Any help is really appreciated, right now it looks like I got a big chunk of metal/cables on my table. Not sure where to go from here...

I will try to use a different sized nozzle. Maybe the 0.3 was faulty or clogged due to being packaged with other parts. Although it's really a bit strange. I got the printer to start the first 1-2 mm of layers very nicely, see the picture, but then it started to not push filament through the nozzle. Why? What causes this mid-print?

Same issue here probably. There's hardly any filament coming out of the nozzle now... So a fine needle it is, will try.

With 200degC I had the same issue. It started to print nicely and then I saw not enough filament is coming out. The extruder also "cracks"from time to time - the filament cannot be pressed fast enough into the ptfe tube and through the hotend. I increased the temp to 215 during the build and that solved it for that moment.

All right, this error is described in the docs a few lines down... sorry for that.

So I might have the same issue - if "tool carriage"is the x or y axis where the hotend etc is attached to. It's the element that moves left/right when you stand in front of the printer (screen facing you). Sorry for the childish description... When I move the hotend left/right, I hear it scratching and noticed that it shrubs on the black aluminium bar. I played around with the eccentric nuts and that apparently solved the problem to some degree. I have the hope that when the stepper motor actually drives the tool carriage, the elements wont touch each other and the problem is solved. What else could we do to make the tool carriage move easier?

It's probably easier and cheaper to order them on ebay.
