Hi, On each print, the hot head freezes after changing layer. It seems the more time passes and the more it freezes. Less than a second freeze at the bottom and several seconds at the top. On each freeze, some plastic is still extruded by the nozzle, leaving a bubble of plastic at each start. This makes the nozzle kick that bubble every time and makes ugly plastic spots all over the Z axis. Regularly, around 98%, it won't recover the freeze and stays at starting position, making a big bubble. If I pause the print, it takes a looooong time to actually pause and park the head. Then I can remove the big bubble and resume again... That crashes the LCD, it reboots on the resume print but showing 0%. If I hit resume, it goes to the right place but won't resume at the same spot, its like it missed a line. I think I am using the standard Cura setting with PLA+ : 0.3 nozzle with 0.2 layer. No temperature trouble when freezing, on both the bead and the head : no more than 1°C difference with what needed and most often 0. Anyone experience this trouble ? Some Cura settings that could do this or correct the trouble ?

Hi everyone. After destroying my flexplate trying to remove a PETG print, any advice on how to print and remove the printed object after without ruining the bed ? I ordered new ones but wouldn't want to use them for one print only, not telling you how much time it took me to remove the bed cover from the printed part. Wil glue ease the remove ? Maybe removing while bed still hot ? Any advice would be appreciated

Hi, Finally, after 2 weeks building it (this is my first 3D printer), I can print ! I had to solve few problems but now it kind of works. But I still have a strange trouble and no clue on how to solve it. When starting a print, the printer auto level then starts the first layer. On the center position, the Z height is correct but on the front side on the Y axis (towards the screen), nozzle is too high so hardly sticks to the bed while on the rear side of the Y axis, nozzle is too low so I nearly have no filament on the bed. This trouble is only on the Y axis. The X axis keeps the same Z nozzle height. As the printer auto level, I don't understand why this happens. I see no way to solve this problem. As there are 2 step motors for the Z, I tried to manually lower the front one to compensate before power on but it changes nothing. It's like the auto level is making a mistake. I have the dual extruder Proforge 2S and the upgraded heated bed and flex plate. This would be nice to find help on this one. Best regards, Yodine
