I have calibrated several times. As you see in first photo i have the same problem in every height. what you mean with bed level issues ?

Hello. Why you are sure that is a software problem ? Can you share us a photo from the first layer ?

So the solution was in cura the g-code flavor. By my mistake it was in marlin volumetric. When i change this in marlin everything was better. Thank you everyone for your answers.

what is your g-code flavor ?

I reinstall extruder to be sure that PTFE is all the way into the hotend but again the same result.
