Hello Johannes, it is a 0.6 nozzle. I think, it was a retract of 40. Now i understand that to fast retract kills the printer.

The first print after the upgrades with 0.6 nozzle...some customizing is still necessary.

I finally got time for the upgrades. @Johannes Weis Thank you for the fan duct, it fits perfectly. So here my upgrades: - Fanupgrade to Noctua 40x20 (Noctua NF-A4x20) with a converter - Squash ball damper (i got them on all my printers) I've got no time to redesign them and just printed some fasteners for the rubber feeds - idler pulleys by Peterg - Z-axis synchronisation for the heavy bed - Dragon Hotend HF with the fanduct from Johannes Weis - Insulation pad for the heatbed and a flexplate from Whambam The question is how it print? No more time, the test will be an other day.

I will do it this week.

Good advise , order is placed. On the other side I have bought too many nozzles for the original hotend to buy a new hotend now, may be later. Or will it fit? Which material do you use on the Z achses fix?
