I wanna return this and it does not work as advertised and it is a complete pain to set up and you can never finish setting it up. print quality is far from whats to be expected. this is pathetic.

At this point i have completely given up with this printer and will be turning to a different brand. this printer is by far the worst printer ever. i have yet to receive any support even though i have sent countless emails. good luck to you all!! issues I have been having: dual extrusion not working properly filament getting jammed and breaking. filament not sticking to the heated bed octoprint crashes my printer and needs a hard reset. when restarting a dual colored print you have to manually switch the filament that’s in the hot end all in all this printer has a very poor design and is very poorly thought out. The software is also complete garbage and not user friendly. Setting up is a hassle and not worth the print quality. guess you get what you pay for. will be looking for a different brand.

Anyone know where to get the 3d printing file for the camera mount and the fan shroud ? cant find them anywhere.
