I have been printing for another 20 hours with the blue tape so far and had the tape lift once but the prints need a scraper to lift them. I get 3-4 prints out of a layer of tape before it's trashed by the scraper.

The Y-Axis is slipping so I have stalled in the modelling

I put some Scotch Blue painters tape down and it stuck really well. I use it for little things but my larger items I watch the first few layers and use a little tape on the skirt if it lifts

I used vegetable oil (camellia oil from my woodworking tools to be exact) and removed a lot of slipping on my X/Y movement. I am just mapping out dead spots on my platform. Some places it touches the nozzle and no filament is laid down until the second or third layer and other places the nozzle is too high and does not stick to the platform. I only have the standard platform not the heated or magnetic one.

I had the loose nozzle and started leaking. Tightened it up once it was hot and stopped a lot of excess filament leaking onto the prints

If I use Cura version 4 will it not work with the AXIS 3D printer? What problems will I have?

I refereed to the "Unboxing" section of the guide quite a bit to work out what bits it was talking about. The assembly is quite detailed which made it interesting rather than a basic click together project.

I am getting blobs forming just above the the hotend nozzel in the throat. I'll push the PFTE tube further in and see how it goes. I push the filament in 6cm but not the PFTE tube. Should the throat be the same diameter all the way? I may have some filament melted into the end next to the nozzle. There is a hole the same size as the filament in the end next to the hotend. PFTE tub not all the way down looks like my problem. 3rd layer of the little boat is down. The detail in the middle lifted a little but the main 1st layer is in place.
