In Dual Switching Hotend v2
Anyone having the dual head extruder just randomly switch? For example, mid print, 1 hour in , 2 hour in etc...It just randomly activates the servo and swaps to extruder 2, but of course continues to extrude filament from extruder 0 into mid air making an amazing nugget...And extruder 1 that it magically swapped to is not accounted for by any offset correction...:( I also verified that there are not extruder change commands in the G code anywhere to ensure Cura wasn't randomly shoving it in places. I am thinking possibly the servo motor angle is off by some small degree amount which keeps the servo current slightly higher than it can withstand over a few hours so it then defaults to some relax or swap extruder logic...any thoughts?

Just wanted to check if anyone has experienced this or is willing to try it. Mid print if you touch/select the terminal button on the touch screen it will freeze the printer and the touchscreen and printer in its entirety. I was happy to find this out mid print.... :( Anyone willing to test this on your Proforge 3? You could try it without any filament in the extruder or hot end, just load filament into the run out sensor, begin a print, then try to select the "terminal" on the touch screen and respond here if you have a complete printer freeze or not. I was attempting to send the command to turn on the enclosure carbon filter fan.

Can anyone confirm that this bug is present on their Proforge 3...When manually moving in the Xaxis via the touch screen the Z axis incrementally moves also...I noticed this while trying to use the print nozzle as a height meter in the process of attempting to resume a print that stopped halfway thru. When I move the X axis from the 0-300 direction the Z axis raises the bed, and when moving the X axis from the 300-0 direction it lowers the bed. Does is this a Marlin bug? Or am I in this one all alone?:( This is repeatable with power cycles etc. Side Note: selecting the "Terminal" button on the touch screen mid print causes the print and the touch screen to freeze and become unresponsive, confirmed this multiple times.

Anyone else have a premature Hiwin bearing failure? I haven't disassembled it yet. The printer, pre assembled, arrived a few days ago and began running thru the normal tests: Esteps, probe offset, flow calibration, temp tower, fan tower, retraction tower etc. during the retraction tower I noticed some substantial grinding in the Y axis movements. It sounds like a Hiwin rail bearing failure, I took two videos, both of manual and stepper induced Y axis movement. There is definitely a binding in movement which can be seen and heard in the video. No visible Hiwin rail scarring or signs of wear present. Any insight from the hive mind before I tear her apart? This is my first Core XY so I thought I would ask before jumping the gun. Side note, anyone else have a preassembled unit with a lot of electrical tape for cable management? Initial prints on the list are definitely cable management guide covers before the tape gets all sticky in a 50C+ chamber environment. Manual Movement https://photos.app.goo.gl/s59pXtQH6FeBik759
