switch on the printer. Got green led light from the power unit. Got red led to the hotbed circuit board. But, the merlin board will not bootup, and no power to the fan. Any suggestion?

When testing the first hotend. The temp reach about 134 then the printer return heating failed error then stop. Any suggestion.
